The future is extremely bright for Class of 2019 defensive end Drake Jackson. Jackson had a standout freshman season already drawing major Division-I interest and looks with two offers on the table from BYU and Utah.
Jackson dominated his peer group coming up with 49 tackles along with six sacks for Centennial High School’s freshman team in 10 games played. When his freshman season was completed, the Huskies called him up to the varsity level for Centennials playoff run that swept all the way through the CIF to the overall California state title game finishing with a 14-1 record.
More offers could come Jackson’s way before he even begins his sophomore season with exposure and college camps tentatively on the schedule. In a Recruiting News Guru exclusive interview, I got a few minutes with Jackson as he was taking in UCLA’s Spring Game on an unofficial visit to the Bruin’s Westwood campus.
