Florida 2024 four-star LB Zavier Hamilton drops top four schools

The open period this spring for Zavier Hamilton has been filled with unofficial visits and looking ahead to his future. The four-star linebacker from Navarre High School in Florida got out to Auburn, Mississippi State, Kansas, South Florida, and Florida State; the trips helped influence his list of favorites.
Hamilton’s top schools: South Carolina, Auburn, Kansas, and Florida State.
THE BREAKDOWN
South Carolina: “I love what they are doing with the program. I saw them practice, they are detail oriented; I love it. I can see myself growing as a man there.”
Auburn: “I have been to Auburn six to eight times throughout the process, I love it there. They are showing a lot of interest. Coach (Zac) Eldridge (DB) is showing a lot of attention. There’s not much more I can say, I love Auburn.”
Kansas: “Kansas they are really making the change, and I love being a part of change. I can see myself being a part of their change. Their entire staff is fantastic. They are super honest with me; I talk to them about every day. Coach (Lance) Leipold, I love what he is doing. I believe in the change he is bringing. I can see myself growing and maturing as a young man at Kansas.”
Florida State: “FSU is really close to home. I love coach (Mike) Norvell. FSU is turning back into what they were a few years ago. They are changing, and I love it. Change is coming at FSU. I am highly interest n FSU.”
On Feb. 9, Hamilton shared his top 10 listing Notre Dame, Georgia, Arkansas, Kansas, Michigan State, South Carolina, Auburn, LSU, Florida State, and UCF.
