Fun Q&A interview with Charlotte Christian TE/DE Alex Parker
Before Alex Parker steps foot on the gridiron for his senior season in 2015 he will have gone through the gauntlet of offseason recruiting with offers picking up left and right and a one-day camp visit with Appalachian State. Schools like Mercer, Gardner Webb, and Elon have all extended offers but more should be coming before the summer is over.
The 6’3”, 240 pound, two-way star at tight end and defensive end has interest from all over the country with Kentucky, Northwestern, N.C. State, James Madison, Ohio, Toledo, Ball State, Walford, and Furman all developing relationships with the rising star.
We quizzed Alex on all things football previously but wanted to know more about the North Carolina talent off the field. In an ongoing Recruiting News Guru “getting to know you” Q&A series we put Mr. Parker through a test of our own.

“Rap, any artist. I like up-beat high-temp kind of music.”
What hobbies do you have outside of football?
“Fishing.”
Do you speak any foreign languages?
“No. I’ve taken Spanish in high school but that’s about it.”

“Italian.”

“Xbox.”

“NCAA Football.”
What is your favorite subject in school?
“Math.”

“Jimmy Graham (New Orleans, Seattle Seahawks), I’m kind of the same style player.”

If you could be a superhero which superhero would you be?
“Superman.”
Why Superman?
“Basically because he can pretty much do-it all, fly, fight people, all sorts of stuff.”
