Quarterback Christian Burks is off to a fast start during his senior campaign as he has led the Bremen Blue Devils to a 2-1 record while throwing for 740 yards and six touchdowns. As with all 2022 quarterbacks, Burks is spinning it his best in hopes of drawing college scouting eyes.
At the snap of the ball, the Georgia product can cripple a defense beyond with his arm. He has the unique ability to extend plays and make plays on the ground including an 85-yard touchdown run last week.
This 6’0”, 185-pound, gunslinger has a strong and accurate arm while also possessing good footwork and field vision. Burks compares himself to the play of Justin Fields and describes his style of play as “electric” as he always finds a way to extend the play both in and out of the pocket.
This Class of 2023 recruit is currently working hard both on the football field and in the classroom to earn his first college offer during his final season at Bremen High School.
In an exclusive Recruiting News Guru interview, I caught up with Christian to talk about his senior season at Bremen High School.
