“Getting to know you” Q&A interview with Lake Gibson DT Keyshon Camp
Lake Gibson High School defensive tackle Keyshon Camp is one of the more highly sought after defensive linemen in the 2016 recruiting class. Coming in at 6’4”, 274 pounds, the versatile lineman can play end or add a few pounds in the next year or two and slide inside continuing to be a disruptive force all offensive coordinators will have to game plan around.
At the end of his junior season Camp lodged 71 tackles (38 solo), 19 tackles for a loss, 5.0 sacks, 1 scoop and score, and 1 safety all while being double teamed and chipped every other play. To date he has picked up 23 reported offers with top teams like UCLA, Virginia Tech, Northwestern, Duke, Georgia Tech, South Carolina, N.C. State, Kentucky, Michigan, Tennessee, Alabama, and Florida all trying to get into the mix for his LOI come National Signing Day.
