Putting the pieces of the quarterback puzzle together against 3M Florida defenses is not easy, especially as a freshman, but that was Dillon Rose-Bailey’s 2022 campaign. The rising star appeared in eight games for the Bloomingdale Bulls leading his squad in passing yards (1,100) and touchdowns tossed (10). Showing emerging dual threat abilities, the 2026 prospect also rushed for 150 yards with two scores. Preparing for a breakout sophomore campaign, Rose-Bailey has momentum behind him with an offer on the table from Florida Atlantic.

Rose-Bailey is in a prime offense to showcase his growing talents this fall.

“We run a Spread offense,” Rose-Bailey said. “We have an empty back set with some running but not too much. The offense opens up the field with downfield passing.”

Offseason chemistry is being built to push the Bulls deeper into the 2023 schedule.

“I’ve been working on the long ball and on being more accurate,” Rose-Bailey stated. “I’ve been getting with my receivers getting them right. There is more power on the ball this spring and my accuracy is good. I’ve been working on my speed too.”

More teams are scouting Rose-Bailey ready to see him in action when the 2023 schedule kicks off.

“South Florida and Temple are showing interest,” Rose-Bailey shared. “I went to Jackson State, they like me a lot.”

A Midsouth swing got the 2026 talent in front of a lot of coaches this spring.

“I went to USF, Oklahoma, Texas, Texas A&M, Houston, Oklahoma State, TCU, and Baylor,” Rose-Bailey stated.

The new Bulls staff had Rose-Bailey up in Tampa to view their offensive scheme.

“It went great,” Rose-Bailey said. “I was there for a spring practice. Watching them practice, they looked really good. I’m excited to see them for my spring game.”

The Longhorns impressed Rose-Bailey while he was in Austin.

“It was great,” Rose-Bailey shared. “I loved it. That place is awesome. I took some pics – overall it was a good visit.”

The Sooners have a clear advantage,” Oklahoma is my favorite college. I have to love them.”

The summer camp schedule is being put together for Rose-Bailey. Possible stops include Wake Forest, Florida Atlantic, USF, and Florida State.
