Christian Life Academy, located in Baton Rouge, had an up-and-down season in 2015 as the Crusaders finished the year 5-5. One of the positives for this team last season was the play of the offense which averaged 29.6 points. The good news for Crusader fans is that one of the team’s offensive leaders is returning for his senior season, explosive running back Jacob Kibodi.
Kibodi had a great junior season as he rushed the ball 76 times for 842 yards with 12 touchdowns and caught 15 passes for 324 yards and five more scores.
The Class of 2017 prospect already has 14 college offers including Arizona, Arizona State, and Purdue and is receiving interest from several SEC schools including LSU.
The 6’1”, 205 pound, playmaker has attended several college camps and is working hard to have an even better senior season as he has plans to rush for over 1,500 yards and wants over 30 touchdowns.
Kibodi, not only works hard on the football field, but works hard in the classroom where has earned a 2.7 GPA and has plans to study sports medicine in college.
In an exclusive Recruiting News Guru interview, I sat down with Jacob to talk about his career at Christian Life Academy and his recruiting process.
