Interview

Terian, how has your track season gone this spring?

Track season went well. My 4×1 team made it to the state finals and lost there, however it was a great season.

Which events are you competing in this year and what are your top times in those events?

I competed in the 100, 200 and the 4×1.

With your technique, what have you been focusing on as a defensive back during your football workouts?

This off season I have been working on my press man to man coverage and I am also working on my balance. I have been working on receiver technique as I will be playing both sides this year. This offseason I have been working on more in-depth film study to become a better student of the game.

Are you playing 7v7? If so, with which team?

Yes, Hustle Inc, White Team. They are a great organization that feels like family.

Which tournaments have you played in local and national?

The Myrtle Beach NFA7v7, C1N Birmingham tournament, Knoxville, a couple in Atlanta, and on May 29-31 we will be playing in the Fast Houston National Tournament.

Getting to put your skills to the test against other top players in 7v7, how are you seeing yourself stack up against the best of the best?

I train with and against some of the top players in the country, therefore when game time comes around I’m prepared to compete and dominate; iron sharpens iron.

Have you been to any national camps this spring, or do you have any national camps coming up you may attend?

I was invited to the Rivals camp. However, there was a conflict in my scheduling. I was unable to participate. I did participate in the Under Armour.

How did the Under Armour camp go for you?

At the Under Armour camp, I did well at the camp and ran a 4.2 in the 5-10-5 shuttle drill and a 6.81 in the L drill. In the broad jump, I jumped 10’4.

Are you going to any college camps this summer?

I will not be attending any college camps this summer. However, I will be taking official visits this summer. I have scheduled some official visits, but I will not disclose the names at this time.

With recruiting, are there any college programs showing interest but yet to offer?

Yes, there are a few schools that are showing interest but have not offered: Washington, California, Oregon, Northwestern, and UCLA.

How many offers do you have now?

I currently have 47 offers.

Which programs were the last couple to offer you?

My last couple of offers were Michigan, Washington State, Penn State, Army, and Duke.
