Interview with Class of 2017 California WR Emari Smith at Nike LA Regional

When the 2015 season came to a close for Emari Smith, the talented athlete had done just about everything possible to produce yards, points, and victories for Quartz Hill. Smith had a team-high 39 receptions for 469 yards with four touchdowns and picked up another 38 yards off seven carries. The 5’8” 155 pound, speedster showed his skills in the open field returning 11 kickoffs for 320 yards with a 92-yard return and added another 180 yards off punt returns in just nine tries.
In the offseason, Smith made the move from Quartz Hill to Salesian in Los Angeles. In a Recruiting News Guru exclusive interview, I caught up with Smith covering his offseason schedule and his offseason workout goals.

I saw this kid play and he runs faster than 4.6 for sure. He can play inside or outside and, he attacks the ball.
