Adrian Green, a wide receiver at Mansfield High School, is a great example of the kind of athlete that coaches love to mentor. The 5’11”, 175-pound, athlete is not only a leader on the football field but also on the track and basketball teams. This Class of 2021 play-maker solidified himself as a major threat in the Wolverines’ offense after snagging 44 passes for 700 yards with several touchdowns scored. After the season, Green won various individual honors including First Team All-District. Now college programs are taking notice.
Green has two offers to play football at the collegiate level and it is only a matter of time before he receives more as he is also receiving interest from numerous schools including Louisiana Tech, Tulane, and Arkansas Tech.
By utilizing the whole offseason to hone his craft, Green has goals to have an even more explosive senior season. In an exclusive Recruiting News Guru interview, I caught up with Adrian to talk about his career at Mansfield and his recruiting process.
