Parkway Panthers (9-1, 5-1) 28, Airline Vikings (7-3, 3-3) 0
With the victory, Parkway is tied with Byrd and Evangel as co-District 1-5A champions. Airline suffered their third straight defeat to close out the regular season. Both teams will be in the 5A playoffs that start next week but only the Panthers are guaranteed a home playoff game.

On a rainy night in Bossier City, Airline could not seem to get their explosive offense going as they had two turnovers and were limited to only 138 offensive yards in the game. Parkway got out to a 20-0 halftime lead and never looked back.

Parkway was led by Mississippi State commit, CJ Morgan who had 140 rushing yards, 40 receiving yards and two total touchdowns.

Airline’s lone bright spot was wide receiver Darian Germany who caught five passes for 54 yards.

Minden Crimson Tide (8-2, 6-1) 20, Woodlawn Knights (6-4, 4-3) 14
In the mud and the rain at Minden’s Stadium called The Pit, the Crimson Tide leaned on their leader, quarterback Antonio Rivette, to make big plays as they clinched second place in District 1-4A. Rivette finished the game completing 6-of-10 passes for 194 yards and two touchdown passes and had 33 rushing yards.

Woodlawn got the ball on their own 20 yard line with 3 minutes left and moved the ball down to Minden 10 but failed to score on four straight passing plays to end the game. The Knights were led by senior quarterback Treveion Youngblood who threw for 128 yards after completing 9-of-16 passes, had 30 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns. Sophomore Trivensky Mosley, one of the best rushers in the area, was held to 86 yards on fourteen carries.
