As the 2015 college football season is set to begin this week, hard to believe some states are a couple of weeks deep into their 2015 high school football season already. College coaches across the nation want to see the 3-4 game highlight reel to make further evaluations on recruits that they are interested in possibly offering. One recruit wasting no time getting his reel out is offensive lineman Preston Haynes.
Haynes is the textbook definition of an under the radar recruit. The offensive tackle spent much of last season playing defensive end out of team necessity after spending his sophomore year at offensive tackle. Now the Lewisburg High School talent is back lining up primarily at right tackle, sometimes left tackle depending on the set, blowing out opposing defenders up and down the field.
The 6’4”, 310 pound, big man is currently drawing interest from Arkansas State, Memphis, and Central Arkansas among others. He also has an early offer from Itawamba C.C. after playing catch-up from a season spent along the defensive line.
