Mississippi State Reaches into JUCO Level for 2017 Safety Jaquarius Landrews

Mississippi State has hit the junior college ranks hard for the 2017 class adding Jaquarius Landrews on Wednesday.
Landrews was an under the radar recruit after coming up with 15 tackles, seven pass breakups, and two interceptions during his freshman year. The former McComb High School talent fits the bill for a playmaking collegiate safety listed at 6’1”, 190.
MSU was able to keep Landrews in-state fighting off Arkansas, Middle Tennessee State, and Southern Miss for his commitment.
Landrews is the sixth JUCO player the Bulldogs have added to their 2017 and third from Copiah-Lincoln Community College. MSU’s class is nearing completion with 21 verbal commitments thus far.
