The 6’5.5”, 198 pound, Long Beach area athlete has been extended nine offers to date with Fresno State, San Diego State, San Jose State, and Wyoming among the suitors. The list was announced with Gamble penning:
“I am thankful for all the coaching staffs that have offered me to play for their programs. I will forever be grateful for the opportunities that you have given me, with that said, and with careful consideration from me and my family. I have narrowed my list to my Top 5 choices.

In a recent Recruiting News Guru interview with Gamble, he cited BYU, Nebraska, Minnesota, New Mexico State, Colorado State, Oregon, Toledo, Utah, SMU, Utah State, Stanford, UCLA, Washington, and Yale as other teams showing interest.
Despite releasing his Top 5 schools, Gamble could still be in line for a few more offers if he makes the college one-day camp circuit he had previously planned. When previously asked about his summer camp schedule Gamble answered, “I will attend Michigan’s camp, Washington State, and probably Stanford and UCLA’s camp. I’ll probably be at the USC camp and San Diego State’s Passing League. Those are the camps I’ll probably be going to.”
Gamble has taken several unofficial visits traveling to Fresno State, Arizona, SDSU, UCLA, and USC.
The Class of 2016 recruit received recognition from college coaches last season after pulling down 15 receptions for 284 yards with 5 touchdowns on offense and making 58 tackles, 13 tackles for a loss, 9 sacks, and 7 hurries on defense.
Gamble did not post a commitment date but did say he would take all five official visits during his senior year before verbally committing.
