ORLANDO, Fla. – A late-April offer from Texas A&M kickstarted the flow of next level opportunities to Brady Hart and a strong spring showing kept it going with Pitt, Iowa State, UCF, and Florida Atlantic joining the mix. Sunshine State teams welcomed the 2026 Cocoa High School (Fla.) quarterback to campus this offseason with another in-state program tracking to host him this fall.
Getting a jump start on his personal recruiting evaluations, Hart made stops at Miami and UCF.
“Miami was an awesome visit,” Hart said. “I got to take pictures and I got to meet the coaches. I loved their facilities and the location of it.”
The Knights did not disappoint during Hart’s visit.
“UCF was great,” Hart shared. “I had good conversations with all of their coaches, and I got to meet some of their players and other recruits. I felt a really good connection with their coaches and the staff there.”
Miami and UCF may see Hart again soon along with the Gators.
“I will probably be at a Florida or Miami game, maybe UCF too,” Hart stated.
The Gators have an early influential edge on Hart’s recruiting trail.
“I grew up a Florida fan,” Hart said. “I love the atmosphere there, and they have a really cool history. Florida is definitely a school that is high on my list to go visit for a game-day.”
Once Hart starts spinning the laces for the Tigers this fall, that highlight reel will be well-watched.
“Miami and pretty much every school in the country is wanting to see my early season film because I didn’t have much film last year,” Hart shared. “You can only go to so many schools and throw, but you can definitely get your film out to other schools that have not seen you throw. Then they get to see the talent you bring and the things you have to offer.”
