Silas Davis had a solid season in 2023 helping lead the Rangers to a 10-2 record. Unfortunately, Lone Star fell in the second round of the playoffs, but that has given Davis and his teammates extra motivation heading into 2024.
The 5β9β, 165-pound, ballhawk had 18 total tackles, 10 pass breakups, and three interceptions during his junior campaign, and has plans to put up even more impressive numbers this fall due to all the work he put in at camps and workouts this offseason.
The senior defender is receiving college interest from numerous schools including North Texas and Louisiana Tech; itβs just a matter of time before he reels in his first offer.
In an exclusive Recruiting News Guru interview, I caught up with Silas to talk about his preparations for his senior season and get an update on his recruiting process.
