Another big National Signing Day has come and gone in the state of California. The majority of the top 4- and 3-star players were either signed during the early period or had committed before Wednesday. But, there were still a lot of difference makers on the market signed by top programs throughout the Pac-12, Mountain West, and across the nation. The following is a list of the top 2019 California players who entered National Signing Day uncommitted tracking where they ended up signing.
